Cancellation Policy
Appointments Appointments for our services can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability. Payments Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our website. All prices are listed in $USD. All desposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations and Refunds Payment for services and products is required at the time of booking or purchase. All sales are final, and refunds are only available under specific circumstances, such as cancellation by the practitioner. Cancellations made within [24] hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do wil result in the forfeiture of deposit payment. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Mansão D'Alma Rosa Spiritual Luxury Co. Rescheduling of appointments must be done at least [24] hours in advance.
